Mother of Sorrows School held our sixth annual All Saints’ Festival on Friday, October 31. The day of prayer and fun was in honor of All Saints’ Day, which falls on November 1.
Our school family participated in a school mass at the start of the day, and then enjoyed the All Saints’ Festival, which included a parade of saints, saint-themed games, face painting, a photo wall and a special lunch. This year, MOS sixth through eighth graders also displayed pumpkins they had carved and decorated as part of a middle school contest, and the MOS Art Club displayed designs its members had created.
Thank you to Student Council and to the parents, family members and teachers who helped to plan and facilitate the day. It was another great success!
