Who was Saint Catherine Laboure:

Saint Catherine was The Virgin Mary’s messenger who dedicated herself to spreading the message of the Miraculous Medal. According to the International Secretariat; St. Catherine was the instrument that has enabled us to be members of the Association and to serve Christ in those who live in situations of great disadvantage. The Miraculous Medal enabled St. Catherine Laboure to be more faithful to the promise she made when her mother passed away. “Now dear Blessed Mother, now you will be my Mother!”
