Congratulations to MOS Choir for its hard work and success in the Stars of Tomorrow Performing Arts Festival

May 5, 2014 by DMD

The Mother of Sorrows School Choir participated in the Stars of Tomorrow Performing Arts Festival in April. Arts Alive (an entity of Kings and Clowns, Inc. – which is dedicated to providing a creative platform in the visual, music and performing arts) hosted the competition.

The Choir competed in the first round of the Stars of Tomorrow Performing Arts Festival and received a qualifying score to move on to the second (and final) round of competition, where it placed first in the Choir division.

We congratulate the Choir members on all their hard work to achieve this exciting accomplishment. We also congratulate and thank Mrs. Edwards and Mrs. Witte for their enthusiasm and commitment to leading and directing the Choir.

Nineteen students compose the the MOS Choir, which is open to students from 3rd through 8th grades. The Choir’s next performance will be at the Community Night Dinner on Friday, May 9.
