St. Jerome Parish and St. Jerome School continue to bless the Mother of Sorrows School family. We are thankful for the immense generosity of members of both the parish and school, who helped to make this past Christmas even merrier for our school community.
St. Jerome Parish, which is Mother of Sorrows’ sister parish, has contributed to several service projects and drives over the years to benefit our school children and families. This year, parishioners continued their tradition of giving by holding a jacket drive, through which they donated more than $2,500.00 to provide school jackets for Mother of Sorrows children who did not have a jacket.
St. Jerome’s generosity did not stop there. The children of St. Jerome School joined in the season of giving by organizing a toy drive to collect new toys, which they then donated to our school before Christmas.
The children, adults and families of St. Jerome Parish and School truly highlight what it means to live the Gospel message. Our hearts are full of love and gratitude for them all.
